What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
Our clubs have a one year warranty on materials and workmanship. Warranty does not apply to abuse of clubs.
What is your return policy?
Clubs may be returned for full refund if unplayed and unhit within 14 days of receipt.
Where do I return my clubs?
Customer must return clubs to Bell Golf prior to refund being issued. Product returns are to be mailed to Bell Golf, 3014 39th Street, Columbus, NE 68601
How soon can I expect to receive my clubs?
Orders for finished clubs are normally shipped in 3-4 working days after PayPal payment confirmation. All assembled golf club orders are shipped from Los Angelas, Calf. FEDEX Ground delivery to most U.S. locations will range from 2-5 working days from date of shipment. Orders for components are normally shipped in 1-2 days from PayPal payment confirmation. All component orders shipped from Los Angelas, Calf. FEDEX Ground delivery to most U.S. locations will range from 2-5 working days from date of shipment.
Do you ship Internationally?
We ship to all of the United States (48 states). We also ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada.
